मन्त्र मन्त्रिभिश्चैव विनीतः प्रविशेत् सभाम् ॥१॥ एवंविधविपक्षमहीक्षिदभ्यः प्रजानां रक्षणादवाप्तवृत्तिस्तासामेवेतरेतरविषादजपीड़ापरिहारार्थम् । व्यवहारेति ।
