Wants beginning in the first act and breaks off in the last stanza of the fifth act.
A drama the plot of which is the marriage between Väsantika, the daughter of a hunter, and God Nșsimba worshipped at Ahõbila. It was intended to be staged on the occasion of the vernal festival of Nșsimha of Abòbila. The author is Sathakāpagvāmin, one of the pontiffs of the Ahobila Mutt. In a complete manuscript of this work the following genealogy of the pontiffs of the Ahobila Mutt is given :

Şaştha Parānkusa Van Sathakāpasvämin
(the author) He says that he was a nutive of Bālavanam (Ilargădu) in Tondamandala and was the great grandson of Anantārya, grandson of Cămaņņācārya [?] and son of Srinivāsācārya of Bhäradvajagõtra and that he was praised by Vāhinipati, a great poet. His original name is stated to be Tirumala and he had the title of Kavitārkikakaņķhirava. Beginning of the work :
दत्ता(पत्ते) हस्तयुगी सुदर्शनदरौ देवस्य यस्येत्यलं सासूयं नु तदन्यहस्तयुगली तत्साम्यलाभाशया ।
