A work similar to the Visvaguņādarśa of Vēnkatādb varin and probably written in imitation thereof. It brings out the tenets of Vaişnavism and Saivism in the form of a conversation between two persons Vijaya and Jaya, a Saivite and a Vaişņavite, respectively. By Aạnayārya, son of Śrīnivāsa Tātārya and grandson of Aņņayarya of Śrībaila family. The author is apparently the brother of Śrīnivāsācārya, the author of the Tattvamărtâņda and the Jijñāsādarpaņa, and is said to have been the Court Pandit of King Vănkața, son of Raghava of the Kõsala family. Beginning:
श्रीमच्छयागामिरामच्छीवहृदयगुहाध्वान्तसङ्कातिगुप्तं प्रनं देवेषु रनं न विशदमभवद्यनतोऽप्याश्रितानाम् । इत्येतव्यक्तिकृत्यै मधुमथनहृदास्थानमास्थाय क्लुप्ता मन्दस्मेरस्मितेन्दुद्युतिरतिकृपया श्रेयसे स्ताच्छ्यिो नः ॥
