This Mantra is addressed to Sukasyāmalā who is the same as the goddess Syamalā or Mātangī; and its repetition is considered to have the power to enable one to bring under one's control and influence all people including even kings.
Beginning:
अस्य श्रीशुकश्यामलामहामन्त्रस्य शुकभगवा (ना) नन्दभैरव ऋषिः, पक्तिर्गायत्री छन्दः, श्रीशुकश्यामला देवता, ओं बीजं, स्वाहा शक्तिः, नमो भगवतीति कीलकं, मम सकलजनवश्यार्थे श्रीशुकश्यामलाप्रसादसिद्ध्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः ।
