This Mantra is addressed to the goddess Sārikā, who is a manifestation of Syāmalā or Mätangī; and its repetition is held to be efficacious in bringing to oue wisdom and enlightenment. Beginning:
अस्य श्रीशारिकामन्त्रस्य शौनक ऋषिः, अतिजगती छन्दः, श्रीशारिका देवता ; ओं बीजं, स्वाहा शक्तिः, नमो भगवतीति कीलकं, मम श्रीशारिकाम्बाप्रसादसिद्धयर्थे जपे विनियोगः । End:
मनु:___ओं नमो भगवति शारिके सकलकलाकोविदे में मम बोधय बोधय स्वाहा । श्रीशारिकाम्बाश्री ॥
