This Mantra is addressed to Sukaśyāmalā who is the same as the goddess śyāmalā or Mātangi; and its repetition is considered to have the power to enable one to bring under one's control and influence all people including even kings. Beginning: ___अस्य श्रीशुकश्यामलामहामन्त्रस्य शुकभगवा(ना)नन्दभैरव ऋषिः, पतिर्गायत्री छन्दः, श्रीशुकश्यामला देवता, ओं बीजं, स्वाहा शाक्तः, नमो भगवतीति कीलकं, मम सकलजनवश्यार्थे श्रीशुकश्यामलाप्रसादसिद्ध्यर्थे जपे विनियोगः । End: ___ओं नमो भगवते महाशुकाय त्रैलोकयमोहनाय त्रिभुवनालङ्काराय राजमदमर्दनाय शीघ्रं राजानं मे वशमानय स्वाहा। श्रीशुकश्यामलाश्री॥
