A note on fol. 2 (probably from the pen of Mr. C. P. Brown) "This is transcribed from a MS. in my own possession in saysthe Devanagari character". Written on one side of the paper.
Vol. I breaks off in the 26th Adhyaya; Vol. II to the end. This is probably the Dharmasamhita of the Sivapurana and resembles the MS. described on page 1312 of the India Office Library Catalogue. A list of contents is given therein.
