Description.- Modern paper with water-marks; Devanagari
characters; hand-writing clear and legible; borders ruled in double red lines; red pigment used for marking the stanzas of the text ; yellow pigment used for corrections ; two शोधपत्राs to be seen in the Ms. ; the cover-folios decorated with designs.
The Ms. contains the 2nd śataka only. 2nd stanza of the introduction of the comm. states its author to be शंकर ; while the last colophon states that the comm. was
composed by Krsnapandita at the instance of श्रीशंकर. Age.- A new copy. Author (of the text).- Lilasuka.

दिशतु भुवनकच्छेदितापिंछगुच्छच्छविनरशिशिपिंछा लांछितं.वांछितं नः१ (comm.) श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ श्रीकृष्णाय नमः ॥॥ शुभमस्तु ।
जयति जलदनीलोविट्ठल श्लिष्ठगात्र सलिलनिधिदुहित्रा विद्युदुल्लासकांत्या ॥ कनकहरिमणिभ्यां संधितं चारूनिष्कं इति सकलमुनींद्रे धार्यते यो हृदब्जे ॥१॥ श्रीशंकरेण निरूपाधितया वितीर्णा टीका प्रपां सुललितां सरलोक्तिधारां ॥ सम्यक्प्रविश्य विबुधा हरिभक्तपांथा कर्णामृतानि सरसान्मुहुरापिबंतु ॥२॥
अभिनव इति । अभिनवं च तत् नवनीतं च हव्यंगवानं तेन स्निग्धं श्लेक्ष्ण नवनीतलिप्तांगमित्यर्थः दध्नः कणैः बिंदुभिः परिदिग्धं लिप्तं चित्रितमिति यावत् ॥ अत एव मुग्धं सुंदरं तापिच्छस्य तमालवृक्षस्य गुच्छस्तबक:
