Description. - Country paper; Devanagari Characters; old in appearance ; handwriting clear, legible and uniform; text bounded on either side by triple red lines; edges ruled in double red lines; verse-numbers marked with red pigment and corrections made with yellow; left-hand edges of folios injured.
The name of the scribe is given as Muktisaubhagya who copied the Ms. in the city called Bilaḍa.
