Description.- Country paper thin and grey ; Devanagari chara
cters with TATEITS; this is a quiet Ms; it contains both the text and its small commentary ; small, legible and elegant hand-writing; the commentary written in smaller hand-writing; borders ruled in three lines and edges in one, in red ink ; yellow pigment used; this Ms. contains small works in addition as follows:
(1) fagráistal (one verse ) fol. 84. (2) Tere foll. 84-86.
(3) AARHIT fol. 86. Age.- Not modern. Author of the text.-- Samantabhadra alias Säntivarman. He is the
author of the following works---
(1) affic (2) Tama also called Aptamimamsă.
) TTTOTIFA also called Virajinastotra. (4) faiarear popularly known as Jinaśataka.
Ratnakarandaśrävakācāra, too, is the work of this Samantabhadra. Such a view is held by Pt. Jugalkishor Mukhtar as can be seen from his 'introduction (pp. 1-5) to Ratnakarandaśrāvakācāra. But this view is refuted by Prof. Hiralal Jaina. Vide the Hindi introduction (p. 141) of Pt. Dalasukh Malavaņiya to his edition of “ FUTTATTarrás-ra".
