कर्पूर चूर्ण पच कर्पूर ३ गक्छ लवंग ६ कुसुंबी २ मेणस ८ गक्कू ९क्कू तु चूर्णिसी सम शर्करे बेरसि हत्तु १ के १ गक्कू सेविसलू हि सर्वासा गुल्म अर्वेदर्घि अरोचक क्षयखासहरा ।

Description.— Country paper; Devanägari characters, hand-writing good; paper is old and musty ; first four folios are slightly eaten by worms on the right-hand top. Topic headings are tinged with red pigment upto fol. 39. It is a compilation and deals with all aspects of medicine. The name of the author's father is Sankara and of mother is Rabint.
