श्रीधन्वंतरिनामानं परमानंदमीश्वरं ॥ देवयुतं वंदे सर्वविघ्नोपशांतये ॥ १ ॥ शुश्रुतादिष्वनीक्षत्वा स्वर्वैद्यादिचिकित्सकान् ॥ आयुर्वेदस्य सारोय काशीनाथेन कथ्यते ॥ २ ॥ etc.
त्रिफलारजनी नुस्तं नालिकां बटरोहकं ।
सूचीपुष्पं च लोनं च वालं चैषां शनैः पचेद A "कल्केस्तैले च तैलस्य स्वती दुर्गधशांतये । ....... H शंकरः शंकर साक्षात् रोहिणी रोहिण यथा । पितरौ यस्य तस्येयं काशीनाथस्य पद्धतिः ॥ इति काशीनाथकृता वैद्यकपद्धतिः समाप्ता ॥
