This Ms. seems more reliable regarding the Text of the Sūtras than the other two. It is also older. For the उणादिसूक see No. 1361 of 1887-91 [=Serial No. 1 above] with which the text of this Ms. corresponds. The FTET Hale corresponds with No. 486 of 1886-92 [ =Serial No.20 above) and the qfarats given here tally with those in the same No.

Size -10 in. by41 in. Extent - 30 leaves, 10 lines in a page, about 32 letters in a line. Description - Country paper. Devanāgari characters, bold and
legible writing fairly correct. Complete. Age - Samvat 1800. Author - Vijayānanda. May he be the same as the author of
Kriyākalāpa and Dhātuvsiti ? Subject - A commentary on the Kātantrasūtras. The Ms. contains
only the समासप्रकरण. Begins - ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय ।। नाम्नां ॥ वस्तुवाचीनीति । ननु किं भावरूप
मथाभावरूपं यदि वोभयरूपमाहोस्विद्भावाभावविनिर्मुक्त वस्त्विति । Ends - पुंस्करोति च दृश्यते । घोषवति तु नेदं लक्षणम् । अघो भोजनमित्यादि । Colophon - इति विजयानन्दविरचिते कातन्त्रोत्तरे विधानन्दापरनानि समासप्रकरण
