इति श्री 'अंचल' गच्छे माणिक्यसुंदरसूरिविरचिते पूजाधिकारे गुणवर्म्मचरित्रे साक्षताष्टमांगलिक धूपगी०पूजाफलवर्णनो नामः पंचमः सर्गः ॥ एवं etc. up to नाथस्य पूजा इमाः ॥ १ as in No. 186. Then we have :--
आसां कथा etc. up to श्रोत्रे भवतु मंगलं ॥ ७ as in No. 187. This is followed by the lines as under :--
इति प्रशस्ति ॥ संवत १६१८ वर्षे माहवदि १० गुरौ ॥ श्री 'अंचल'गच्छे वा कमलशेखरगणिपुस्तिका लिखापितं ॥

Extent.— 22 folios; 13 lines to a page; so letters to a line. Description.— Ccuntry paper thick, tough and white; Jaina Devanagari characters with frequent garais; big, perfectly legible, uniform and beautiful hand-writing; borders ruled in two pairs of lines in black ink; foll, numbered in the right-hand margin; fol. 1' blank except that the title etc. written on it; there is some space kept blank in the centre of the numbered and the unnumbered sides as well; condition very good except that the last fol. is slightly worm
