औदार्यधैर्यगांभीर्य सत्यशीलसमन्विता । रराज चमकू पीत्वा (गुरूणां वचनामृतं ॥ ६ ॥ उपमितिभवप्रपंचाग्रंथं भवभयतमोदिनाधीशं । इषुत (तु) रंगवार्धिचंद्रे (१४७५ ) वर्षे हर्षेण लेषयामास ॥ ७ ॥ तत् पुस्तकं शमरसामृतसत्र येह |

Edited in A. D. 1899-A. D. 1914 by P. Peterson & H. Jacobi in "The Bibliotheca Indica Series with a preface, an alphabetical list of words, contents of all the eight chapters in English, index of proper names, allegorical 15 persons etc., and translation of Siddharsiprabandha (Prabhavaka-carita, 14th canto) added as an appendix; also published in "D. L. J. P. F. Series" in two parts in A. D. 1918 and A. D. 1920 respectively.

There is an article on Siddharsi written by Dr. N. 20 Mironow and published in "Bulletin de l'Académie Imperiale des Sciences de St. Petersburg ", 1911.
For quotations see Peterson Report III (p. 167). The German translation (Bks. I-III) by W. Kirfel is published in "Indische Erzähler " (Vol. X) in A. D. 25 1924 from Leipzig.
The Gujarati translation of this splendid work by Motichand G. Kapadia is published by the Jaina Dharma Frasaraka Sabha, Bhavanagar in three parts in A. D. 192', 1924 and 1926 respectively. This Sabha has 30 published a Gujarati work named as Siddharşi and prepared by Motichand G. Kapadiain in A. D. 1933. It is important for studying and appreciating this Upamitibha zaprapañcăkatha.
