Substance : Country-made paper. Stze: 27.7 x 13.1 cms, Follos : 1-57. Lines : 12. Letters: 30. Script : Nagari. Condition: Old, partly worm-eaten. Extent. Incomplete.
This MS. is a dictionary or materia medica in nine chapters. This is a defective MS. It contains the first six and the beginning of the 7th varga. Although the title of the book as धन्वन्तरिनिघण्टुः is mentioned in the margin of the follos, but the actual name appears to be 'Dravyāvalī' as it is clearly stated in the 3rd line of the beginning "Dravyāvalināma."
Beginning:
श्रीगणेशवरद मूर्त्तिर्जयति तरां श्रीधन्वंतरये नमः ।
अथौषधिनामानि ॥
धातुद्रव्य द्रवद्रव्य मांसद्रव्य समाश्रमः ।
इति द्रव्यावलीनाम समाप्तो लिखितो मया ॥ १ ॥ गुडूच्यमृति (त) वल्ली च छिन्ना छिन्नरुहा (S) मृता । छिन्नोद्भवा (S) मृतलता धारा वत्सादनी स्मृता ॥२॥

स्मृति वुद्ध्यति। शुक्रो (क्रौ)जः कफो (फ) मेदो विवर्द्धनं (र्धनम् ) । वातपित्त कपो (फो) 'न्मादे (द) श्वासा (शोफा) लक्ष्मी जरापहं (हम् ॥६६॥ नवनीतगुणाः ॥
