पांचवा अध्याय ।
वासुपूज्यं जगत्पूज्यं लोकालोकप्रकाशकम् ॥ नत्वा वक्ष्येऽत्र पूजानां मन्त्रान् पूर्वपुराणतः ॥ १ ॥
लोक और अलोक को प्रकाश करनेवाले जगत्पूज्य वासुपूज्य भगवान् को नमस्कार कर इस अध्याय में पूर्वपुराणोंसे लेकर पूजा सम्बन्धी मंत्रों को कहूंगा ॥ १ ॥
सन्ध्यास्थानात्स्वगेहस्य ईशान्यां प्रविकल्पिते ।। जिनागारे व्रजेद्धीमानीर्यापथविशुद्धितः ॥ २ ॥
पादौ प्रक्षाल्य गेहस्य कपार्ट समुध्दाटयेत् ॥ मुखवस्त्रं परित्यज्य जिनास्यमवलोकयेत् ॥ ३ ॥
सन्ध्या स्थानते उठ कर अपने घरकी ईशान दिशामें बने हुए जिन मंदिर को ईर्यापथ शुद्धि पूर्वक जावे, वहां पर पैरों को धोकर जिन मन्दिर के किवाड़ खोले और जिनमंदिर के दरवाजेपर पढ़े हुए पड़देको एक ओर सरकाकर जिन भगवान् के मुखका अवलाकेन, और दर्शन करे ॥ २-३ ॥ कपाटोदाटन
ॐ ह्रीँ ँ अर्ह कपाटसुध्दाटयामि स्वाहा । कपाटोद्घाटनम् ॥ १ ॥ यह मंत्र पढ़कर मंदिरके किवाड़ खोले ॥ १ ॥
द्वारपालानुज्ञापन
ॐ हाँ अर्ह द्वारपालमनुज्ञापयामि स्वाहा || द्वारपालानुज्ञापनम् ||२||
यह मंत्र पढ कर द्वारपाल को अपने भीतर जानेकी सूचना कर दे ॥ २ ॥
ॐ हाँ अर्ह निःसही ३ रत्नत्रयपुरस्सराय विद्यामण्डलनिवेशनाय सममयाय निस्सही जिनालयं प्रविशामि स्वाहा || अन्तःप्रवेशनमन्त्रः ॥ ३ ॥
यह मंत्र पढकर जिन मन्दिर में प्रवेश करे ॥ ३ ॥
ईर्यापथशोधनः -
ईर्ष्यापथे प्रचलताऽद्य मया प्रमादादेकेंन्द्रियप्रमुखजीवनिकायबाधा । निर्वर्तिता यदि भवेदयुगान्तरेक्षामिथ्या तदस्तु दुरितं गुरुभक्तितो मे ॥४॥ इर्यापथशोधनम् ॥ ४ ॥
