कल्याणभारती
चित्र नानाद्यविद्यानां दोषवत्वे शरीरिणाम् । तन्निरासप्रयासस्तु स्तुत्यो नवपदक्रमः ।।
* પ્રાણીઓ અનાદિ અવિદ્યાથી ઘેરાયેલા હોઈ તેમનામાં દે હોય અથવા દેશે ઉદ્દભવે એમાં આશ્ચર્ય નથી, પણ દોષોને દૂર કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે એ જ જીવનપ્રકરણમાં નવું પગલું ભર્યું ગણાય, જે એવું સ્તુત્ય છે કે એનાથી વધુ રૂડું બીજું શું હોઈ શકે ? ૪
• As all embodied beings are enshrouded by delusion from time beginningless, it is quite probable for them to be affected by faults, and that is not astonishing, but it is, indecd, calculated a new step commenced in the sphere of life to be diligent in discarding them (faults ), which is most admirable and than which nothing is better or more auspicious. 4
