.. अत्यया अतिचाराः । पंच व्यपदिश्यन्ते कथ्यन्ते। के ते इत्याहप्रेषणेत्यादि मर्यादीकृते देशे स्वयं स्थितस्य ततो बहिरिदं कुर्विति विनियोगः प्रेषणं । मर्यादीकृतदेशाबहिापारं कुर्वतः कर्मकरान् प्रति खातकरणादिः शब्दः । तद्देशाबहिः प्रयोजनवशादिदमानयेत्याज्ञापनमानयनं । मर्यादीकृतदेशे स्थितस्य बहिर्देशे कर्म कुवतां कर्मकरणां स्वविग्रहप्रदर्शनं रूपाभिव्यक्तिः। तेषामेव लोष्ठादिनिपातः पुद्गलक्षेपः॥६॥ । एवं देशावकाशिकरूपं शिक्षाव्रतं व्याख्यायेदानीं सामायिकरूपं तद्व्याख्यातुमाह,: आसमयमुक्ति मुक्तं पश्चाघानामशेषभावेन ।
सर्वत्र च सामयिकाः सामायिकं नाम शंसन्ति ॥७॥ सामयिकं नाम स्फुटं शसंन्ति प्रतिपादयन्ति । के ते ?. सामयिकाः समयमागमं विन्दन्ति ये ते सामायिका गणधरदेवादयाः । किं तत् ! मुक्तं मोचनं परिहरणं यत् तत् सामयिकं । केषां मोचनं ? पंचाघानां हिंसादिपंचपापानां । कथं ? आसमयमुक्ति वक्ष्यमाणलक्षणसमयमोचनं आसमन्ताद्वयाप्यं गृहीतनियमकालमुक्तिं यावदित्यर्थः । कथं तेषां मोचनं ? अशेषभावेन समास्त्येन न पुनर्देशतः। सर्वत्र च अवधेः परभागे च अनेन देशावकाशिकादस्य भेदः प्रतिपादितः ॥ ७ ॥ ... आसमयमुक्तिमत्र यः समयशब्दः प्रतिपादितस्तदर्थ व्याख्यातुमाह;
