Kasaya Pahud Sutta [15 Charitramoha-Kshapanaadhikaara 933. Bhava-vaddha-sesa-yaani vi ek-kammi dvi-dvi-visese ek-kass va bha-va-vaddha-ss do-nham va ti-nham va evam gantuu-n ukkasse-n palido-vamass asankhe-j-di-ma-gametta-n bha-va-vaddha-n. 934. Niyama-a-nate-su a-nu-bha-ge-su bha-va-baddha-sesa-gam va samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa-gam va.
935. Et-to vi-diya-ae bha-sa-ga-ha-ae samuk-ti-na. 936. Tam jaha. (148) Didi-ut-tara-se-dhi-ae bha-va-sesa-samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa-ni.

Samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa-yamekkammi hi-di-vi-se-se do-su va ti-su va ega-adi-egu-ut-tara-muk-kass-e-n vi-diya-hi-di-ae savva-asu hi-di-su pa-dha-ya-hi-di-ae cha samaya-a-hi-ya-uda-ya-avali-yam mo-ttri-n se-sa-asu savya-asu thi-di-su na-na-samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa-n na-na-ega-bha-va-n-addha-sesa-ya-n cha.
940 Et-to ta-diya-ae bha-sa-ga-ha-ae samuk-kit-ta-na. (149) Ek-kammi dvi-di-vi-se-se se-sa-ni na jat-tha ho-ti sa-man-na.

Churnisu. In the same way, one should know the Bhava-vaddha-sesa. That is, in one situation, there is one Bhava-vaddha, in two Bhava-vaddhas, in three Bhava-vaddhas, and so on, increasing in this way, in the palyopama, there are countless Bhava-vaddhas. 933.934.

The increase in situations, starting from one and increasing by one, is called the situation-ut-tara-shreni. In this situation-ut-tara-shreni, there are countless Bhava-vaddha-sesa and Samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa. ||201||
Churnisu. Now, the explanation of the said Bha-sha-ga-tha is given. It is as follows. The Samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa is found in one situation, it is also found in two situations, it is also found in three situations. In this way, starting from one, increasing by one, it is found in all situations, and the Samaya-a-dhi-ka-uda-ya-avali is left out, and it is found in all the remaining situations. In the same way, one should explain the various Samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa and the various Bhava-vaddha-sesa. 937-939.

The situation in which the Samaya-pa-vaddha-sesa and Bhava-vaddha-sesa are possible is called the common situation, and the situation in which they are not possible is called the uncommon situation.
