८०३ हीणं । ६६६. एदेण कमेण विदियसमए णिक्खिवमाणगस्स पदेसम्गरस वारससु किट्टिहाणेसु असंखेज्जदिभागहीणं । एक्कारससु किट्टिहाणेसु असंखेज्जदिभागुत्तरं दिज्जमाणगस्स पदेसग्गरस । ६६७. सेसेसु किट्टिट्ठाणेसु अणंतभागहीणं दिज्जमाणगस्स पदेसग्गस्स । ६६८. विदियसमए दिज्जयाणयस्स पदेसग्गस्स एसा उट्टकूटसेही ।
६६९ जं पुण विदियसमए दीसदि किट्टिसु पदेसग्गं तं जहणियाए बहुअं, सेसासु सव्वासु अणंतरोवणिधाए अणंतभागहीणं । ६७०. जहा विदियसमए किट्टीसु पदेसग्गं तहा सविस्से किट्टीकरणद्धाए दिज्जमाणगस्स पदेसग्गरस तेवीसमुट्टकूटाणि । ६७१. दिस्सयाणयं सव्वम्हि अणंतभागहीणं । ६७२ अं पदेसग्गं सव्वसमासेण पढमसमए किट्टीसु दिज्जदि तं थोवं । विदियसमए असंखेजगुणं । तदियसमए असंखेज्जगुणं । एवं जाव चरिमादो त्ति असंखेज्जगुणं ।
६७३. किट्टीकरणद्धाए चरिमसमए संजलणाणं हिदिबंधो चत्तारि मासा अंतोमुहुत्तब्भहिया । ६७४. सेसाणं कम्माणं द्विदिवंधो संखेज्जाणि वस्ससहस्साणि । ६७५. ख्यातवे भागसे हीन प्रदेशाग्र दिया जाता है। इस क्रमसे द्वितीय समयमे निक्षिप्यमान प्रदेशाग्रका बारह कृष्टि-स्थानोमे असंख्यातवें भागसे हीन और ग्यारह कृष्टिस्थानोमे दीयमान प्रदेशाग्रका असंख्यातवें भागसे अधिक अवस्थान है। शेष कृष्टिस्थानोमे दीयमान प्रदेशाग्रका अनन्तवें भागसे हीन अवस्थान है। द्वितीय समयमे दीयमान प्रदेशाग्रकी यह उष्ट्रकूटश्रेणी है ॥६६२-६६८॥
भावार्थ-जिस प्रकार ऊँटकी पीठ पिछले भागमें पहले ऊँची होती है पुनः मध्यमे नीची होती है, फिर आगे नीची ऊँची होती है, उसी प्रकार यहॉपर भी प्रदेशोका निषेक आदिमें बहुत होकर फिर थोड़ा रह जाता है । पुनः सन्धिविशेपोमे अधिक और हीन होता हुआ जाता है, इस कारणसे यहाँपर होनेवाली प्रदेशश्रेणीकी रचनाको उष्ट्रकूटश्रेणी कहा है।
चूर्णिसू०-द्वितीय समयमें कृष्टियोमे जो प्रदेशाग्र दिखता है वह जघन्य कृष्टिमें बहुत है और शेष सर्व कृष्टियोंमें अनन्तरोपनिधासे अनन्तभाग हीन है। जिस प्रकार द्वितीय समयमे कृष्टियोमें दीयमान प्रदेशाग्रकी प्ररूपणा की है उसी प्रकार सम्पूर्ण कृष्टिकरणकालमें दीयमान प्रदेशाग्रके तेईस उष्ट्रकूटोकी प्ररूपणा करना चाहिए। किन्तु दृश्यमान प्रदेशाग्र सर्वकालमे अनन्तभाग हीन जानना चाहिए । जो प्रदेशाग्र सर्वसमास अर्थात् सामस्त्यरूपसे प्रथम समयमे कृष्टियोंमें दिया जाता है वह सबसे कम है। द्वितीय समयमै दिया जानेवाला प्रदेशाग्र असंख्यातगुणा है । तृतीय समयमे दिया जानेवाला प्रदेशाग्र असंख्यातगुणा है। इस प्रकार ( कृष्टिकरण फालके ) अन्तिम समय तक उत्तरोत्तर असंख्यातगुणा प्रदेशाग्र दिया जाता है ॥६६९-६७२॥
