Ga 141] . . . . Niroopana of Specific Transmission
767 (88) The transmission-establishing being of the Manakashaya, who experiences the Manakashaya, does not experience the anger-arousing, but transmits it to the Manakashaya. The same process should be understood for the remaining Kshayas. ||141|| _327 Vihasa. 328 Jaha. 329. The transmission-establishing being of the Manakashaya, who experiences the Manakashaya, and the anger-arousing, which are two Avali-bound, two-time-bound, are transmitted to the Manakashaya. 330. The meaning of the second original verse is thus explained. The meaning of the fourth line, "or", is understood from the word "va" read in the fourth line. How the transmission of the Par-Prakriti, which is present in the Sama-Sthiti, occurs in all the states below and above the bound state, should be understood as follows. For example, when a being is bound by the Saata-Vedaniya, etc., the state-being of the Asaata-Vedaniya, etc., is slightly less than its excellent state-binding. Again, the excellent state of the bound Saata-Vedaniya, which is from the innermost Koḍakoḍi to the fifteenth Koḍakoḍi Sagar-pramaan, transmits its state-being to the bound states above it, and also transmits it to the states above the bound states, without contradiction of time. Otherwise, it would be impossible for the excellent state to be less than thirty Koḍakoḍi Sagar-pramaan from one Avali. Thus, this is an example of the transmission of other Prakritis above the state-binding of the desired Prakriti in the state of Samsara. Similarly, in the Kshapaka-Shreni, the bound and unbound Prakritis should be understood to transmit as much as possible, and to transmit in the Sama-Sthiti from the immediate bound state of the bound Prakritis to the states below and above it.
The being who experiences the Manakashaya, who is the transmission-establishing being of the Manakashaya, does not experience the anger-arousing, but transmits it to the Manakashaya. The same process should be understood for the remaining Kshayas. ||141||
Churnisu - The division of this Bhashya-gatha is as follows: The transmission-establishing being of the Manakashaya, who experiences the Manakashaya, transmits the two-time-bound, two Avali-bound, newly bound time-bound anger-arousing to the Manakashaya. Thus, the explanation of the second original verse and the Bhashya-gatha related to it ends. ||327-330||
Special Meaning - The same transmission-establishing being, who is present in the state created by the two times, transmits the nine new Kshayas in order, and then performs the actions of Ashvakarna-karan, etc., as the occasion arises, and transmits the eternal being of the anger-arousing to the Manakashaya by means of universal transmission. At the time when the transmission-establishing being of the Manakashaya occurred, the two-time-bound, two Avali-bound, newly bound time-bound anger-arousing is transmitted to the Manakashaya.
