[Verse 114]
Exposition of the Special Activities of the Destruction of Darsana-mohaniya
64. Then, the duration of the two-part (dvidikhanda) [state] is a muhurta. 65. From the first moment of the Apurvakaran, up to the last part of the asankhyata-bhaga-sthiti (innumerable-part-duration), this is the time when the one who has attained the mastery of the secret of all the Samvara (restraint) gives the least extent of the pradeśāgra (the tip of the space-point). In the next two-part (dvitiya) [state], he gives the pradeśāgra that is asankhyata-guna (innumerable times) more. Thus, up to the guna-śreṇī-śīrṣa (the peak of the series of qualities), [the pradeśāgra] is asankhyata-guna. Then, in the next two-part [state] above the guna-śreṇī-śīrṣa, [the pradeśāgra] is asankhyata-guna-hina (less by an innumerable amount). Then, it becomes visesa-hina (less by a special amount). In the remaining two-part [states] too, [the pradeśāgra] is visesa-hina only, there is no increase in the qualities.
66. As long as the satkamma (good karma) of eight-and-sixty-part duration lasts, so long the anusamaya (successive moments) of the anuBhāga (part) of samyaktva (right faith) occurs. This is one kind of kriyā-parivarta (transformation of activity).
67. The final part of the sthiti-khandaka (duration-segment) is within a muhurta.
68. At that time, in the udaya (rise) of the sthitis (durations) that are being destroyed, a little pradeśāgra is given. This sthiti of samyaktva-prakrti (nature of right faith) is of the duration of eight years. During this time, it is called the 'darsana-mohaniya-ksapaka' (destroyer of darsana-mohaniya).
