## Verse 69: Elucidation of the Use of Kṣayās in Relation to the Eight Anuyōga-Dvārās
224. Thus, the explanation of the fourth sūtra-gāthā is complete.
225. Now, the explanation of the fifth gāthā, "How many beings are suitable in the categories of similar kṣayā-use?"
226. This gāthā is a sūcana-sūtra (indicative sūtra).
227. Eight anuyōga-dvārās are indicated by this gāthā.
228. They are as follows:
229. Sat-prarūpaṇā (true form), dravya-pramāṇānugama (numerical measure of substance), kṣetra-pramāṇānugama (numerical measure of field), sparsānugama (contact), kālānugama (time), antarānugama (difference), bhāgābhāgānugama (proportion), and alpa-bahutvānugama (lesser-greater).
230. "Kevaḍigā uvajuttā" (how many are suitable) indicates dravya-pramāṇānugama.
231. "Sarisīsu ca vaggaṇākasāesu" (in the categories of similar kṣayā-use) indicates kālānugama.
232. "Kevaḍigā ca kamāe" (how many in each kṣayā) indicates bhāgābhāgānugama.
233. "Ke ke ca visissade keṇetti" (which are more suitable than which) indicates alpa-bahutvānugama.
