## Kasayapahuḍasutta (3)
There are some sutras in the Churnisutra which are actually one, but the commentator has divided them into two sutras for the convenience of explanation. For example:

In all these three examples, the mentioned sutras are actually not two-two, but one-one, but Jayadhavalakara wanted to say something special based on the pronunciation in these three places, so he has divided the three sutras into 'gadae' and 'maggīyuṇ' and has separately commented on the first and second halves.
Similarly, 'taṁ jaha' is often considered a separate sutra, but sometimes it is combined with the previous or next sutra. For example:

We have followed the Jayadhavala commentary in almost all such places, except for a few exceptions, so wherever there is a separate commentary on a part, we have given a separate sutra number for that part.
The reader will easily understand the Churnikar's method of explaining the verses by looking at the Churnisutra of Kasayapahuḍ from beginning to end. First, they write the utthānika to introduce the verse to be explained, then they explain it and then they divide it. The pronunciation of the verse sutras is called samutkīrtanā and the explanation of the meaning conveyed by the verse sutra is called vibhāpā. Vibhāpā is also of two types: one is prarūpaṇavibhāpā and the other is sūtravibhāpā. In which the whole meaning conveyed by the sutra is explained in detail without pronouncing the words of the sutra, it is called prarūpaṇavibhāpā and in which the meaning of the words of the verse sutra is discussed and the sutra is touched upon, it is called sūtravibhāpā.
