**Special Meaning:** This gatha explains the transitions of the 12, 11, 10, and 9-natured *san-kram* states to which *prati-graha* states they transition.
For example, a *kshapika* with 21 natures, starting with *anupurvi* transition, transitions to the *purusha-veda* of 12 natures and the 4-natured *sanjwalan* *prati-graha* state, leaving behind the 8 middle *kasayas* and *sanjwalan-lobha*.
Similarly, for the same *jiva* with 21 natures, during the *upashama* period of *purusha-veda* in the *upashama* series, it transitions to the 11 *kasayas* and the 4-natured *purusha-veda* *prati-graha* state, excluding *sanjwalan-lobha*.
When the *kshapika's* *napumsaka-veda* is destroyed, it transitions to the 5-natured *prati-graha* state of 11 natures.
Alternatively, when both *krodhas* of a *upashamaka* with 24 natures are pacified, and the *sanjwalan-krodha* *prati-graha* nature is no longer present, the 11 natures of *sanjwalan-krodha*, 3 *manas*, 3 *mayas*, 2 *lobas*, *mithyatva*, and *samyag-mithyatva* transition to the 5-natured *prati-graha* state of *sanjwalan-mana*, *maya*, *lobha*, *samyag-mithyatva*, and *samyak-tva* natures.
When a *upashamaka* with 21 natures pacifies the 9 *nok-payas* in succession, the 11 natures of 3 *krodhas*, 3 *manas*, 3 *mayas*, and 2 *lobas* transition to the 4-natured *prati-graha* state of 4 *sanjwalans*.
Similarly, for the same *jiva*, when the *krodha-sanjwalan* remains for one less than three *avalis* in the first state, the aforementioned 11 natures transition to the 3-natured *prati-graha* state, excluding *sanjwalan-krodha*.
When a *upashamaka* with 24 natures pacifies the 3 types of *krodhas*, the 10 natures of 3 *manas*, 3 *mayas*, 2 *lobas*, *mithyatva*, and *samyag-mithyatva* transition to the 5-natured *prati-graha* state of 3 *sanjwalans*, *samyag-mithyatva*, and *samyak-tva* natures, excluding *krodha*.
Similarly, for the same *jiva*, when the *mana-sanjwalan* remains for one less than three *avalis* in the first state, the aforementioned 10 natures transition to the 4-natured *prati-graha* state of *sanjwalan-maya*, *lobha*, *samyag-mithyatva*, and *samyak-tva* natures.
Alternatively, when the *kshapika's* *stri-veda* is destroyed, the 10 natures of *purusha-veda*, 6 *nok-payas*, and 3 *sanjwalans*, excluding *lobha*, transition to the 4-natured *prati-graha* state of 4 *sanjwalans*.
When a *upashamaka* with 21 natures pacifies the 2 types of *krodhas*, the 9 natures of *krodha-sanjwalan*, 3 *manas*, 3 *mayas*, and 2 *lobas* transition to the 3-natured *prati-graha* state of 3 *sanjwalans*.
