Jain Terms Preserved:
1. The description of the domain of the karmic stain of anger (krodha-samjvalana) should be done in the same way as the description of the domain of the karmic stains of pride (mana-samjvalana) and delusion (maya-samjvalana).
2. Whose is the minimum domain of the karmic stain of greed (lobha-samjvalana)?
3. The one who, with the minimum karma suitable for the attainment of non-existence (abhava-siddhi), has gone to the mobile body (trasa-kaya). There, he has attained the state of samyam-asamyam (mixed state of restraint and non-restraint) and samyam (pure state of restraint) many times, but has not pacified the passions (kasaya). Then, gradually, he has been reborn among humans. Maintaining the vow of long duration, he has become intent on the annihilation of the passions. At the final moment of his downward flow, the minimum domain of the karmic stain of greed is his.
4. Starting from this, up to the maximum, there is a continuous decline (of the karmic stain).
5. Whose is the minimum domain of the six kasayas (anger, pride, deceit, greed, aversion, and lust)?
6. The one who, with the minimum karma suitable for the attainment of non-existence, has come to the mobile beings (trasa). There, he has attained the state of samyam-asamyam and samyam many times. Pacifying the passions four times, he has then been born as a human. There, maintaining the vow of long duration, he has become intent on annihilation. At the final moment of the breaking of the state of existence, the minimum domain of the six karmic stains is his.
7. From this minimum to the maximum, there is only one step.
