[४ अनुभागविभक्ति ९. चदुसंजलण-णवणोकसायाणमणुभागसंतकम्मं देसवादीणमादिफद्दयमादि कादूण उवरि सव्वघादि त्ति अप्पडिसिद्ध ।
१०. तत्थ दुविधा सण्णा-घादिसण्णा हाणसण्णा' च । ११. ताओ दो वि एकदो णिज्जति । १२.मिच्छत्तस्स अणुभागसंतकम्मं जहण्णयं सव्वघादी दुढाणियं । १३. उक्कस्सयमणुभागसंतकम्मं सव्वघादी चदुहाणियं । १४. एवं वारस कसाय-छण्णोकसायाणं । १५. सम्मत्तस्स अणुभागसंतकम्मं देसघादी एगट्ठाणियं वा दुहाणियं वा । ऊपर बढ़ते हुए शैल-समान चतुःस्थानीय स्पर्धक तक उनके अनुभाग-सम्बन्धी स्पर्धक वरावर चले जाते है। सूत्रमे 'मिथ्यात्वके द्विस्थानीय आदि स्पर्धकको' न कहकर 'सर्वघातियोके द्विस्थानीय आदि स्पर्धकको' ऐसा कहनेका कारण यह है कि मिथ्यात्वके जघन्य अनुभागसे नीचे भी उक्त बारह कपायोके अनुभागस्थान पाये जाते है। इस प्रकार यह फलितार्थ निकलता है कि जहाँ सम्यग्मिथ्यात्वका जघन्य अनुभागस्थान है, तत्सदृश स्थानसे ही अनन्तानुवन्धी आदि वारह कपायोके जघन्य अनुभागस्थानका प्रारंभ होता है ।
___चूर्णिसू०-चारो संज्वलन और नवो नोकपायोका अनुभागसत्कर्म देशघातियोके आदि स्पर्धक सहश स्पर्धकको आदि करके ऊपर सर्वघाती स्पर्धक तक अप्रतिषिद्ध है। अर्थात् लतासमान जघन्य स्पर्धकसे लगाकर ऊपर शैलसमान सर्वघाती स्पर्धक तक इन तेरह प्रकृतियोके अनुभागसत्कर्मसम्बन्धी स्पर्धक होते है ।।९।।
इस प्रकार अनुभागविभक्तिके अर्थपदरूप स्पर्धक-प्ररूपणा करके अव उक्त तेईस ' अनुयोगद्वारोमेसे प्रथम संज्ञानामक अनुयोगद्वारका अवतार करते है
चूर्णिसू०-उन उपयुक्त अनुभागसम्बन्धी स्पर्धकोमे दो प्रकारकी संज्ञाका व्यवहार है-घातिसंज्ञा और स्थानसंज्ञा । अव इन दोनोको एक साथ कहते हैं ॥१०-११॥ - विशेपार्थ-संज्ञा, नाम और अभिधान, ये एकार्थक हैं। संज्ञाके दो भेद है-घातिसंज्ञा और स्थानसंज्ञा । जीवके सम्यक्त्व आदि गुणोंको घातनेके कारण घातिसंज्ञा सार्थक है। सर्वघाती और देशघातीके भेदसे इसके दो भेद है । अनुभागशक्तिके लता आदिके सम-स्थानीय स्थानोकी स्थानसंज्ञा है । लता, दारु, अस्थि और शैलके भेदसे स्थानसंज्ञाके चार भेद है । इन उपर्युक्त दोनो ही संज्ञाओको चूर्णिकार आगे एक साथ वर्णन कर रहे है।
__ चूर्णिसू०-मिथ्यात्वप्रकृतिका जघन्य अनुभागसत्कर्म सर्वघाती और द्विस्थानीयदारुस्थानीय है, तथा उत्कृष्ट अनुभागसत्कर्म सर्वघाती और चतुःस्थानीय शैलस्थानीय है । इसी प्रकार मिथ्यात्वके समान अनन्तानुवन्धी आदि बारह कपायो और हास्यादि छह नोककपायोकी घातिसंज्ञा तथा जघन्य और उत्कृष्ट स्थानसंज्ञा जानना चाहिए । सम्यक्त्वप्रकृतिका अनुभागसत्कर्म देशघाती तथा एकस्थानीय (लतास्थानीय) और द्विस्थानीय (दारुस्थानीय) है।
