[३ स्थितिविभक्ति १५८. णियमा उक्कस्सा ।१५९. सोलसकसाय-णवणोकसायाणं द्विदिविहत्ती किमु कस्सा अणुकस्सा १-१६०,णियमा अणुक्कस्ला ।१६१. उक्कस्सादो अणुक्कस्सा अंतोमुत्तुणमादि कादूण जाव पलिदोवमस्स असंखेजदिभागेणूणा त्ति । १६२. एवं सम्मामिच्छत्तस्स वि । १६३. जहा मिच्छत्तस्स, तहा सोलसकसायाणं। १६४. इत्थिवेदस्स उकस्सद्विदिविहत्ति यस्स मिच्छत्तस्स हिदिविहत्ती किमुक्कस्सा, अणुक्कस्सा ? १६५. णियमा अणुक्कस्सा । १६६. उकस्सादो अणुक्कस्सा समऊणमादि कादण जाव पलिदोवमस्स
विशेषार्थ-इसका कारण यह है कि अन्तर्मुहूर्तसे कम सत्तर कोड़ाकोड़ी सागरोपमप्रमाण मिथ्यात्वकी स्थितिका प्रथमसमयवर्ती वेदकसम्यग्दृष्टि जीवमे सम्यक्त्व और सम्यग्मिथ्यात्वरूपसे एक साथ संक्रमण देखा जाता है ।
चूर्णिसू०-सम्यक्त्वप्रकृतिकी उत्कृष्ट स्थितिविभक्ति करनेवाले जीवके सोलह कपायों और नव नोकपायोकी स्थितिविभक्ति क्या उत्कृष्ट होती है, अथवा क्या अनुत्कृष्ट होती है ? नियमसे अनुत्कृष्ट होती है ॥१५९-१६०॥
विशेषार्थ-इसका कारण यह है कि सम्यक्त्वप्रकृतिकी उत्कृष्ट स्थितिविभक्ति करनेवाले प्रथमसमयवर्ती वेदकसम्यग्दृष्टि जीवमे सोलह कपायो और नव नोकपायोके उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंधके योग्य तीव्र संक्लेशसे सहित मिथ्यात्वप्रकृतिका उदय नहीं पाया जाता ।
चूर्णिसू०-वह अनुत्कृष्ट स्थितिसत्त्व उत्कृष्ट स्थितिमेसे एक अन्तर्मुहूर्त कमसे लगाकर पल्योपमके असंख्यातवे भागसे कम अपनी उत्कृष्ट स्थि तिप्रमाणवाला होता है ॥१६१॥
विशेषार्थ-इसका कारण यह है कि एक समय-हीन एक अवाधाकांडकसे कम चालीस कोड़ाकोड़ी सागरोपमसे नीचे उक्त जीवके सोलह कषाय और नव नोकपायोका स्थितिसत्त्व पाया नहीं जाता। - चूर्णिसू०-जिस प्रकार सम्यक्त्वप्रकृतिकी उत्कृष्ट स्थितिका आश्रय लेकर उसके साथ शेष प्रकृतियोकी स्थितिविभक्तियोका सन्निकर्प किया गया है, उसी प्रकार सम्यग्मिथ्यात्व की उत्कृष्ट स्थितिविभक्तिको निरुद्ध कर शेप कर्म-प्रकृतियोकी स्थितियोका सन्निकर्प करना चाहिए। क्योकि, दोनोके सन्निकर्पमे कोई भेद नहीं है। तथा जिस प्रकार मिथ्यात्वकी उत्कृष्ट स्थितिको निरुद्ध कर मोहकी शेष प्रकृतियोकी स्थितिविभक्तिका सन्निकर्प किया है, उसी प्रकार पृथक् पृथक् सोलह कषायोकी उत्कृष्ट स्थितिको निरुद्ध कर शेष मोह-प्रकृतियोकी स्थितियोका सन्निकर्प करना चाहिए ॥१६२-१६३॥
