## Chapter 22: Differentiation of the Interval between the Divisions of the Nature
**95. What is the interval between the 26th division?** It is an immeasurable fraction of a *palya* (a unit of time).
**96. What is the interval between the 26th division?** It is a little more than 132 *sagara* (a unit of time).
**97. What is the interval between the 27th division?** It is an immeasurable fraction of a *palya*.
**Explanation:**
A being with 26 divisions of nature, who attains *upshama-samyak-tva* (perfect knowledge) and becomes a being with 28 divisions of nature, experiences the interval between the 26th division. This interval is a very small fraction of a *palya*.
The interval between the 26th division is considered to be the same as the interval between the 27th and 28th divisions, which is a little more than 132 *sagara*.
A being with 27 divisions of nature, who attains *upshama-samyak-tva* and becomes a being with 28 divisions of nature, experiences the interval between the 27th division. This interval is a very small fraction of a *palya*.
