6 Mulagaha -
(138) The karmic bondages (kilesas) are bound in whom, in what, and in what manner? With what (good or bad) disposition, with what (good or bad) mark, and in what field (of activity)? (191)
Bhasagaha
(139) 1. The dispositions (lesas) are bound in (good or bad) dispositions, in indestructible karmic activities, skills, and marks, and in the field (of activity) some are destructible and some are indestructible. (192)
(140) 2. The previously bound (karmic bondages) exist in all the specific states of existence. In all the shares (of karmic fruits), there is a definite and complete bondage. (193)
7 Mulagaha
(141) The unbound (karmic bondages) that are bound at one time, how many are they, and where are they situated? The bound (karmic bondages) that are unbound, how many are they, and where are they? (194)
Bhasagaha
(142) 1. The unbound (karmic bondages) of the six types of dispositions (avarliyas) are definitely bound at one time. They are in all the two-fold specific shares (of karmic fruits) and in all the four (types of karmic activities). (195)
(143) 2. Whatever bound dispositions (avarliyas) there are, they are of the first type of bondage. According to the previous dispositions, they are in the next four types of bondage. (196)
(144) 3. The third (type of bondage) is in the seven types of bondage, the fourth is in the ten types of bondage. Beyond that, the remaining (types of bondage) exist in all the types of bondage. (197)
(145) 4. These unbound (karmic bondages) that are bound at one time are definite in this existence. The remaining bound (karmic bondages) are certainly agitated and should be understood. (198)

(146) In how many specific states of existence are the remaining (karmic bondages) of those bound at one time? In how many and how often are they in the same existence? (199)
Bhasagaha
(147) 1. In one specific state of existence, the remaining bound (karmic bondages) and the bound at one time are, by rule, in the shares (of karmic fruits). The remaining (karmic bondages) are in infinite (states of existence). (200)
(148) 2. The bound (karmic bondages) and the bound at one time in the next higher stage of existence are infinite in number. The next higher stage of existence is infinite. (201)
