महान् परोपकारी
जैन समाज मे भी ऐसे महान् कार्यकर्ता, कर्मठ व्यक्ति थे कि वाकई इनके कार्यों को पढ कर ऐसे महान् वीर, कर्मठ कार्यकर्ता का जैन समाज से विछोह हो जाना महान् दुख की बात है जिसकी पूर्ति होना इस काल मे बडी मुश्किल व असभव-सी है ।

श्री दानवीर माहू शान्तिप्रसादजी, श्री प्रक्षयकुमारजी एव श्री सुमेरचन्दनी शास्त्री आदि आप माहबान ने प्रसिद्ध देशभक्त, कर्मवीर, समाज-सेवी, प्रभावशाली, विख्यात नेता, अनेक सस्था को प्राण देने वाले महान् यशस्वी पुरुष के कार्यों की स्मृति हेतु एक स्मृतिग्रथ तैयार करने का प्रायोजन किया । यह सकलन उनके सेवा कार्य व बिखरी हुई सामग्री का सग्रह कर एक जगह एकत्रित कर जनता के सदुपयोगार्थं रखने का विचार किया यह अत्यत सुन्दर है । मैं श्री तनसुखरायजी के प्रति श्रद्धाजलि भेजता हू और यह भी शुभ कामना भेज रहा हू कि आपका यह प्रयास प्रापके उत्साह एव भावनानुकुल शीघ्र ही निर्विघ्न सम्पूर्ण होकर यह लालाजी का स्मृतिप्रथ बडा ही लाभोपयोगी बने यह मेरी भावना है। और मै इस समिति के समस्त सदस्यो का भी श्राभार प्रदर्शित करता हू ।

I just received a few papers relating to Shree Tansukh Rai Jee. This is really a very good adventure and this reminded me my association with him on so many occasions He was really dynamic man and perhaps the only person who realised at one stage to bridge the rift among Jain Youth and the organisation of the Parishad. It was at that time I had an opportunity to come in contact with him and I was very much impressed by his method of dealing the things in the interest of the community I have also seen him working for the Congress and Congress Organisational matters I can say he was a man who always took optimistic views and was always successful.
I wish the work taken up be successful and it will be a good contribution in the old memories
