जडेऽप्यनन्ता सममानि शक्तिरेवं च चित्रप्रभवा भवेयुः । महत्य आविष्कृतयो जगत्यां न किन्तु युक्ता जडवाद-पूजा ॥४८॥
૪૮ જડ ( Matter ) માં પણ અનન્ત શક્તિ સ્વીકારાયેલી છે. અતએ એના બળ પર મહાન વિસ્મત્પાદક આવિષ્કારો નિકળવા સંભવિત છે, અને નિકળેલા તેમ જ નિકળતા આપણી સામે મેજૂદ છે, પણ જેથી આધ્યાત્મિક માર્ગને અવગણી જડવાદના પૂજક બનવું એગ્ય ન ગણાય.
48. Even the inanimate latter is a knowledged to possess endless ( infinite ) powers. So it is not a matter for surprisa that various wonderful manifestations can be evolved out of matter by well-devised scientific (inechanical or chemical) experimente. But then it is not proper to be deluded or deceived into the worship of materializm ( to the exclusion of spiritualiem ).
सीमा न खल्वस्ति चमत्कृतीनां भूमण्डले चेत् कुशलः प्रयोक्ता। परन्तु ताभिनहि कर्मसृष्टिाहन्यते शुष्यति नापि मोक्षः ॥४९॥
૪૯ કુશલ પ્રયોગ કરનારા હોય તે ભૂમંડલમાં ચમત્કારોની સીમા નથી. તેઓ અનેક અજાયબીભર્યા પ્રયોગો રજૂ કરી શકે છે. પરંતુ એથી કમસૃષ્ટિનું રથ ન ખંડિત થાય તેમ નથી અને મેક્ષને પ્રભાવ કેમ થઈ શકે તેમ નથી.
49. If the scientist be clever, then there is no end to wouder. exciting material manifestations in this world; but that cannot negative the existe nos of the Karmic forces operating upon
