चतुर्थ-प्रकरणम्
57. Ooe should not report to deception, inasmuch BS it generates distrust, produces multifariou agonies, wounds the beart as if by a pricking thorn and brings about degradatiou of life
कुर्वन्ति ये दुःखि मनः परस्य प्रतारणातो बहुभिः प्रकारैः । पुष्णन्ति हिंसा-विषवल्लरी ने धर्मः कुस्तादृश-निर्दथानाम् १ ॥ ५८ ॥
૫૮ જેઓ અનેક રીતે ઠગી બીજાનાં મન દુઃખી કરે છે, તે હિંસારૂપ વિષલતાને પુષ્ટ કરે છે. એવા નિર્દય માણસોને ધર્મ સાથે સમ્બન્ધ કે?
58. They who distress the minds of others by practising deceptions in various ways, nourish the poisonous creeper of
Hinal violence). What Dharms (right conduct or performance of duty ) can be expected of such inerciless persons ?
पिपीलिकादीन लघुदेहभाजो रक्षन्ति यत्नैर्मनुजान पुनर्ये । प्रपातयन्त्यापदि वञ्चयित्वा ते निर्दया धर्मविचार-हीनाः
॥ ५९ ॥
૫૯. જેએ કીડી જેવા નાના છોરી રક્ષા કરે છે, પણ બીજી તરફ માણસોને ઠગી આફતમાં નાંખે છે, (ગરીબોની આંતરડી કકળાવે છે, તેમનાં લેહી ચૂસે છે) તેમને ધમને કશેય વિચાર નથી, ખરેખર તેઓ નિય છે.
59. Thoss who, whila protecting with assiduous offorts small ingects sich acts etc., bring calamities to human beings by their deceptions are inerciless and do not understand wbat Dharma (Ti) really in ans.
अस्त्येकतो वश्चन-तत्परत्वं देव स्तुतौ गर्जनमन्यतश्च । एवंविधा नो किमपि पन्ते कृतेन भाले तिलकेन धूर्ताः
