अध्यात्मतरवालोकः
29. The high-8oaled wise man in whose pure mind, speech kod body, flow constant currenta of forkearance, is blessed and really suocessful, and is ons whose lotus-like face is worthy of being looked at reverently even in this iroa age.
क्रोधान्धलीभूय यदेव कार्य करोति सद्यो विपरीतरूपम् । तदेव कोयोपशमे पाय दुःखाय च स्याद् धिगहो! अविद्या ! ॥ ३० ॥
૩૦. ક્રોધાન્ય અવસ્થામાં માણસ ઉતાવળથી એકદમ ઊલટું-પલટું કામ કરી નાખે છે, પણ પછી જ્યારે તેને ક્રોધ ઠંડો પડે છે ત્યારે તેને પિતાની એ વિપરીત ચેષ્ટા માટે શરમ આવે છે અને દુઃખ થાય છે. અહા ! ધિક અવિદ્યા!
30. The undersirable aot which aman blinded by wratb, does in hasie, tends, on the subsidence of anger, to bring shame and distress. Oa accurred is the ignorance !
आक्रोशने वा सति ताडने वा योग-प्रवाहे स्थितवानृषिस्तु । ध्यायेन्न मे किश्चन नाशमेति सञ्चित्स्वरूपं मम निश्चलं यत् ।। ३१ ॥
૩૧. ગ-પ્રવાહમાં નિમગ્ન મહાતમા પર આક્રોશ કે તાડન થાય ત્યારે તે એમ જ વિચારે છે કે મારું કંઈ નષ્ટ થતું નથી; મારું જે સચિસ્વરૂપ એ તે નિશ્ચલ છે.
31, A søge who is absorbed in the steady practice of Yoga, if calumnisted or assailed, thinks thus :- “ There is nothing of mine which is being destroyed thereby. My real esture wbich is Sat-chit ( Spirituality consisting in pura kaowledge ) is indestructible".
यथार्थरुपः प्रकटो यदा या देहात्मनामिन तथा प्रकाशः। छिन्ने च मिन्ने च तदा सरीरे नारमा भवेत् स्वात्म-रता विकारी ॥ ३२ ॥
