111 In the assembly of the learned, there take place discussions and rejoinders of various kiade. Indeed they do not lead to the realization of truth or to any absolute conclusion. This is illustrated by 'Tilapilaka' i 8. an ox turning round in & mill without making any progress.
एकेऽभियुक्ता अमुक पदार्थ यथानुमानैः परिकल्पयन्ति । अन्येऽभिरूपा अमुमेव भावमन्यस्वरूपं प्रतिपादयन्ति ॥॥११२ ॥
૧૧૨ એક પક્ષના વિદ્વાનો અમુક પદાર્થને અનુમાનના બળે જેવા રૂપમાં નિરૂપે છે, તે જ પદાર્થને બીજા વિદ્વાન બીજી રીતે પ્રતિપાદન કરે છે.
112 What is almost seen in the assemblies of learned people is that the learned disputants on one side, by speculating on probabilities, try to describe or propound one thing in one manner, while tireir learned opponents describe or propound the game thing in & different manner.
अतीन्द्रियार्था यदि हेतुवादैविनिश्चयस्यकपदीमुपेयुः। एतावतः कालत एव ते स्युर्विनिश्चिता विश्व-विशारदेषु ।। ॥ ११३ ॥
૧૧૩ અતીન્દ્રિય પદાર્થો જો તર્કબળથી નિશ્ચિત થયા હેત અગર થઈ શકતા હતા તે આટલા કાળે જગતના વિદ્વાનેએ તે પદાર્થોને નિશ્ચય કયારનો કરી ના હેત.
113 If incontrovertibly logical proof had been possible in regard to matters beyond the reach of senses, the learned men of the world could have arrived at & definite conclusion long ago.
