न मेतव्यं न भेतव्यमयि । लोकापवादतः । तुष्य मत्वा तमारार्टि कटुकौषधपायने
એ ! બહાદુર ! લેાકનિન્દાથી ડર નહિ ! લેાકેાની નિન્દાને એમ સમજ કે કડવુ' ઔષધ પીવરાવતાં તેએ રાડ નાંખી રહ્યા છે, અથવાઃ એમ સમજ કે લોકો કડવું ઔષધ પીને નિન્દારૂપી આકારી કરી રહ્યા છે; ; અને એમ સમજી સન્તાષ રાખ. (અને શુદ્ધ વૃત્તિથી તેમના ભલા માટે સેવાકાર્ય અજાવતે જા !) (૨૬)
समागतोऽसि मानुष्यं शिक्षितोऽसि सुधीरसि । विजानीहि स्वकर्त्तव्यं भुञ्जते पशवोऽपि हि
નીચાચાર્
(28) Oh good one ! do not be afraid of the public scanda}. Keep yourself contented, taking it to be a cry of the people who are being administered a bitter medicine.

क्षीयमाणमवेक्षस्व समाजं धर्म- मन्दिरम् । आवश्यकं च कर्त्तव्यं तव तत्र विश्वास्य !
તુ માનવીય જીવનભૂમિ પર આવ્યા છે, તુ શિક્ષિત છે, સમજી છે. તારું કત્ત ન્ય સમજ | ભાગ તે પશુઓ પણ ભાગવે છે. (૨૭)

(7) You have come into human life ! You are eultured ! You axe wise ! Understand what your duty is. Even animals do eating, drlnking eto.

સમાજ ષનું મન્દિર છે. એની ક્ષીયમાણુ દશા તરફ નજર કર ! અને એના સંબંધમાં તારી ફરજ શું છે, તારું' કન્તવ્ય શું છે એના વિચાર કર ! (૨૮)
(28) Look and you will find that the society, the temple of Dharma, is being decayed; so think over what your essentiøl duty is with reepect to it.
