दुर्वृत्तिपरिहारेण ब्रह्मचर्यपुरस्सरम् । विद्याधीति सतां संगे कुर्यादादिम आश्रमे
॥१४॥
પ્રથમ આશ્રમમાં સત્સંગના આશ્રય નીચે સદાચરણપૂત વિમલ બ્રહ્મચર્ય સાથે વિદ્યાધ્યયન કરવામાં આવે છે. (૧૪)
(14) In the first order one should lead a good student life in the company of the good, observing celibacy and avoiding misconduct.
शारीरीं मानसीं शक्तिं शक्तिमाध्यात्मिकी तथा । नयेदुत्कर्षमुच्चेन ब्रह्मचर्याश्रमौजसा ॥ १५ ॥
બ્રહ્મચર્યાશ્રમના ઉચ્ચ બલશાલી વાતાવરણમાં મનુષ્ય પોતાની શારીરિક, માનસિક અને આધ્યાત્મિક શક્તિને ખિલવવી જોઈએ. (૧૫)
(15) In the first order of life, one should elevate one's physical, mental and spiritual powers under the high influence of the exalted atmosphere of the order.
वलवहसम्पन्ना दृढनिर्भयमानसाः। तेजस्विनः स्फुरत्प्रज्ञा अस्माजायन्त आश्रमात् ॥ १३ ॥
આ આશ્રમમાંથી બલવદેહસમ્પન્ન, દઢ-નિર્ભય-મનધારક, તેજસ્વી અને પ્રજ્ઞાશાલી વ્યક્તિએ તૈયાર થાય છે. (૧૬)
(16) By the regular observance of the rules of this order, people become physically strong, mentally firm and fearless, morally and physically bright and intellectually brilliant,
