जीवनामृतम्
वीर्योत्कर्षः। समुत्कर्षाय वीर्यस्य संयमेन विकासिना । उचिष्ठस्व समुन्नत्यै जीवनस्य महाशय !

જીવનની ઉન્નતિ માટે વિકસ્વર સંયમ દ્વારા વીર્યને ખિલવ! વીર્યને wिarane या! (१)
*Growth of Vitality (1) Get up to increase or strengthen your vitality through firm restraint in order to highly elevate your life.
भवप्रपंचो नन्वेषा दुःखदा मोहवासना ।
अमूढश्वर सर्वत्र दृढसंकल्प- जागरण ॥२॥ દુઃખરૂપ માહવાસના એ જ સંસાર | ભવપ્રપંચ છે, એને જ લીધે ભવજમણ છે. જાગ્રત્ અને સ્વસ્થમના રહી સર્વત્ર અમૂઢપણે વિહર. (૨)
(2) The worldly existence of soul together with its traogmigrations is due to painful infatuation or passions including attachment and aversion etc. (माहवासना). Being wakeful and resolute, move everywhere, keeping yourself anaffected by illusory attachment.
