શારીરિક, માનસિક અને આધ્યાત્મિક શક્તિ વિકસે એવા શિક્ષણ-ક્રમ ચેાળવા જોઇએ. (૮૬)
(86) The course of instruction or education should be so devised as to expand the physical, mental and spiritual capacities (of human beings).
પવિત્રષાતાવળા, શિક્ષળસદ્મસુ ! जीवन वितविज्ञानं संपाद्य बहिरागताः
विद्यार्थिनः सदाचारा बलवन्तः सुशिक्षिताः । स्तम्भीभूय नवं राष्ट्रं भव्यं स्रक्ष्यन्ति संहताः

પવિત્ર વાતાવરણવાળાં આદશ શિક્ષણાલયેામાં જીવનેાચિત વિજ્ઞાન પ્રાપ્ત કરીને વિદ્યાર્થીએ જ્યારે બડ઼ાર આવશે ત્યારે તે સદાચારી, ખેલવાન્ અને સુશિક્ષિત હશે; અને તેએ જ સ’ઘદ્રનશક્તિથી રાષ્ટ્રના સ્તંભ મનશે અને નવરાષ્ટ્રનું ભવ્ય સર્જન કરશે. ( ૮૭–૮૮ )
कर्त्तुं राष्ट्रस्य धर्मस्य समाजस्यापि वोदयम् । आदर्श शिक्षणस्योच्चैः कर्त्तुं युक्तं प्रसारणम्

(67–83) When the students will come out, after completing their education useful to life, from ideal educational institutions hallowed with pure atmosphere, they will be strong, well-behaved and well-traind, and will become the pillars of their Rashtra by their power of united will and action, and will help true re-generation of the Rashtra.
