व्याप्तिपञ्चकम्
(१९) यद्वा साध्यतावच्छेदकसम्बन्धावच्छिन्नसाध्याभाववृत्तिसाध्यसामान्यीयनिरूक्तप्रतियोगित्वतदवच्छेदकत्वान्यतरावच्छेदकसम्बन्धेनैव साध्याभावाधिकरणत्वं विवक्षणीयम् । वृत्त्यन्तमन्यतरविशेषणम् । एवञ्च घटान्योन्याभाववान् पटत्वादित्यादौ साध्याऽभावस्य घटत्वादेः साध्यीयप्रतियोगित्वविरहेऽपि न क्षतिः, तादृशान्यतरस्य साध्यीयप्रतियोगितावच्छेदकत्वस्यैव तत्र सत्त्वात् ।।
