45. निरुक्तव्यापकतावच्छेदकत्वविरहात्-Because of it is not the determinant of
pervader-ness which is stated early. The absolute absence which exists in the water which is substratum of absence of that which has the conjuction of monkey which exists in the part of tree, therefore the determinant of the counter-positive-ness of the absence is the state of being absence of the conjuction of monkey. In this way the state of being absence of the conjuction of monkey is not determinant of pervaderness of the locusness of the absence of sādhya.
