अवग्रह-वर्जित स्थान
२६४. से भिक्खू वा २ से जं पुण उग्गहं जाणेज्जा अणंतरहियाए पुढवीए ससणिद्धाए पुढवीए जाव संताणए, तहप्पगारं उग्गहं णो ओगिण्हेज्जा वा २।
२६४. संयमी साधु-साध्वी यदि ठहरने का ऐसा स्थान जाने, जो सचित्त, स्निग्ध पृथ्वी यावत् जीव-जन्तु आदि से युक्त हो, तो इस प्रकार के स्थान की आज्ञा लेकर उसमें नहीं ठहरना चाहिए। PROHIBITED PLACES
264. A disciplined bhikshu or bhikshuni should find if a place is sachit, damp (etc. up to infested with animals and creatures), if it is so he should not seek permission and stay there.
२६५. से भिक्खू वा २ से जं पुण उग्गहं जाणेज्जा थूणंसि वा ४ जाव तहप्पगारे अंतलिक्खजाये दुब्बद्धे जाव णो उग्गहं ओगिण्हेज्ज वा।
२६५. साधु-साध्वी यदि ऐसे स्थान को जाने, जो भूमि से बहुत ऊँचा हो, स्तंभ आदि पर टिकाया हुआ एवं ठीक तरह से बँधा हुआ या विषम हो, अस्थिर और चल-विचल हो, तो ऐसे स्थान में भी ठहरने की आज्ञा नहीं लेनी चाहिए।
265. A disciplined bhikshu or bhikshuni should find if a place is very high from the ground level, resting on some pillar or some other such thing, not properly secured or difficult to approach, or unstable and swaying. If it is so he should not seek permission and stay there. ____२६६. से भिक्खू वा २ से जं पुण उग्गहं जाणेज्जा कुलियंसि वा ४ जाव णो ओगिण्हेज्ज वा २।
२६६. जो उपाश्रय कच्ची पतली दीवार पर स्थित हो या नदी के तट पर किसी ऊँचे व विषम स्थान पर निर्मित हो, ऐसे स्थान को भी ठहरने के लिए ग्रहण नहीं करना
चाहिए।
____ 266. A disciplined bhikshu or bhikshuni should find if a place is located on a slim and weak wall or at a high and unapproachable spot on river-bank. If it is so he should not seek permission and stay there. आचारांग सूत्र (भाग २)
