Jiva which possesses samjna, i.e., mind, by the help of it, they can learn, think, understand etc. Passion which disturbs perfect conduct Mild type of passion which hinders absolute conduct Intentional; Premeditated violence Awakening of the soul to the right path; Once a soul has samkeet, he gets liberated within a few incarnations.
