મોહને વશ થાય છે તે આશ્ચર્યકારી હકીકત છે. તેણે અનાદિ કાળથી પોતાની જમાવટ કરી દીધેલી છે તે માલિક જ થઈ પડ્યો છે, તેથી તેને આત્મગૃહમાંથી કાઢવો મુશ્કેલ છે એ
ખરી વાત છે. પણ જ્યારે આપણે તેને ખરેખરો અહિતકર સમજીએ ત્યારે પછી એક પળ પણ રહેવા કેમ દઈએ? માત્ર તેવી દૃઢ સમંજણ તત્ત્વબોધ વડે થવાની જ જરૂર છે. Explanation Lust nullifies all one's accomplishments. However, the root cause of lust is delusion. This verse deals with the ill-effects of delusion and points to its cure. Delusion (1) destroys knowledge and wisdom and (2) leads the world to self-destruction.
