The week-day Thursday fall on 2nd and 91h tithis of Așadha sudi. . If the tithi is taken as 2, the date would correspond to 15 June,
1447 A.D. and if it is taken as 9, then the date would correspond to 22 June, 1447 A.D. ॥ सं. १५०३ आ. शु. गुरौ इलदुर्गीय श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञाति मं. पाताकेन भा. माल्हणदे पुत्रो कर्माई श्रेयोर्थं श्री श्रेयांसबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं खरतरगच्छे श्री जिनसागरसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Namināth with Parikar is preserved in Adīshvar Temple in Kasumbavad of Doshivada's pole. It was made by Shre. Varasimha with his wife Māchū, and son Keshava and his wife Lakhï of Prāgvāța caste. This bimba was installed by Sri Devaguptasuri of Ukesa gaccha in V.S. 1503 (1446 - 47 A.D.).
॥ संवत् १५०३ वर्षे प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय श्रे. वरसिंह भा. माचू पुत्र केसव भा. लषीसहितेन श्री नमिनाथबिंब कारितं ऊकेशगच्छे सिंघाचार्यसंताने प्रतिष्टि(ष्ठ)तं श्री देवगुप्तसूरिभिः।।

This Pañchatirthí bronze image of Adināth with Parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Nagejibhudhar's pole. It was installed by Jayachandrasūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1503 (1446 - 47 A.D.). The donor was Dhanāk of Prāgvāța caste, who made this icon for the bliss of his own as well as of his family. सं. १५०३ वर्षे प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय प. वीरम भा. कईसुत प. धनाकेन भा. मेयूपुत्रछाभा. यानूपौत्रकरपालादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री आदिबिंब कारितं प्र. तपागच्छेश श्री जयचंद्रसूरिभिः।।
