सं. १५०१ वर्षे वै. शु. ३ ऊकेश ज्ञा. मं. लूणा भा. सांतरीसुत हेमाकेन भार्या हमीर सुत || जीवादि कुटुंबयुतेन ज्येष्ट भ्रातृसांकुआ श्रे. अनंतनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं तपागच्छेश श्रीमुनिसुंदरसूरिभिः ॥

This Panchatirthi bronze image of Adinath with Parikar is preserved in the shrine of Ajitanath Temple in Pachhia pole. This Bimba was made by Samant Sushravak, son of Pratasīha and Pūnāde of Ukesha Vamsha for his own bliss by the precept of Jayakesarīsūri of Añchal gaccha. This icon was installed by Śrīsangha in V.S. 1501 Jyestha. sudi. 10 Ravivāra (i.e. sun., 16 May, 1445 A.D.).
संवत् १५०१ वर्षे ज्येष्ठ सुदि १० रवौ श्री अंचलगच्छेश श्री जयकेसेरिसूरीन्द्राणामुपदेशेन श्री ऊकेश वङशे राजसीहपुत्र व प्रतसीह पत्नी पूनादे पुत्र सामंत सुश्रावकेण स्वश्रेयसे श्री आदिनाथबिंबं कारितं श्री संघेन प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं शुभं भवतु ।

This Chauvīsī bronze image of Chandraprabhaswāmī with Parikar is preserved in Pārshvanath Temple in Kikabhatt's pole, Ghee kanta. It was made by Vänara, son of Jāgā and Jasmāde, along with his wife Sona, for the bliss of his uncle Shre. Dedarāja. Jāgā was the son of shre. Sādā and Maṭakū of Śrīmāla caste. This Bimba was installed by Śrī Munisundarasūri (in the paṭṭāvalī of Śri Somasundarasuri of Tapa gaccha in V.S. 1501. Jyestha, shu.di. 10 Ravi (i.e. Sunday, 16 May, 1445A.D). The donor was the inhabitant of Vadali.
