षिमहीसुत वसता कामण तद्वधू सीतादे चांडुष. पुत्रसुत मांकणादियुतेन श्री शीतलबिंब का. प्र. श्री श्रीसिंघडसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatirthī bronze image of Shāntināth with parikar is preserved in Mahāvīraswāmi Temple in Ramji Mandir's Pole of the Kalupur area. It was made by Man. Champa and Lampā, sons of Janā and Rājú, along with their wifes Jasū, Chamakū and family for their own bliss. Narabad, Sahasa and Janā were the sons of Man. Vach, and Sārū of Gujar caste. This icon was installed by Srī Somasundarasuri of Tapă gaccha in V.S. 1491 (1434 - 35 A.D.).
॥ सं. १४९१ गूजर ज्ञा. मं. वाछा भा. सारूसूत नरबद सहसाजना भा. राजू पुत्र मं. चांपालापाभ्यां भा. जसूं चमकू प्रमुख कुटुंबयुताभ्यां निजश्रेयसे श्री शांतिबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं तपागच्छनायक श्री श्री श्री सोमसुंदरसूरिभिः ॥ शुभं भवतु ॥

This Pañchatîrthí bronze image of Anantanāth with parikar is preserved in Adīshvar Temple in Kasumbavad of Doshivad's Pole. It was made by Sa. Kaduāka of Srīmāla caste, for the bliss of his parents and son Harāj. This Bimba was installed by Sri Jinadevasūri of Caitra gaccha in V.S. 1492, Caitra, vadi. 1, Soma (i.e. Monday, 2 April, 1436 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १४९२ वर्षे चैत्र वदि १ सोमे पितृमातृ श्रेयसे सुत हराज (हारीज) निमित्तं श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय स. कइआकेन श्री अनंतनाथबिंब कारापितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री चैत्रगच्छे श्री जिनदेवसूरिभिः ॥
