This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Vasupujyaswami with parikar is preserved in Chandraprabhasvāmī Temple in Samet Shikhar's Pole in Mandavi's pole. It was installed by Śrīsangha with the precept of Añcala gacchadhirāja Siddhāntasāgarasūri in V.S. 1556, Vaisakha su.di. 12, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 10 April, 1500 A.D.). This icon was made by Śre[sthi] Ananda suśrāvaka, son of Śre. Goiyā and Hansalade of Vīravaṁsa, along with his wife and elder brother, for their own bliss. The donor was inhabitant of vatapadra (Vadodara).
॥ संवत् १५५६ वर्षे वैशाख शुदि १२ शुक्रे ॥ श्री वीरवंशे ॥ श्रे. दादा भा. सहजलदे पुत्र थे. गोईया भा. हांसलदे पुत्र थे. आणंद सुश्रावकेण भा. गौरी वृद्ध भ्रातृ मालासहितेन श्रे. स्वश्रेयोर्थं ॥ श्री अंचलगच्छाधिराज श्री सिद्धांतसागरसूरीणांमुपदेशेन श्री वासुपूज्यबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं श्रीसंघे. वटपद्रनगरे वास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Sumatinatha with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanatha Temple in Kalushah's pole, Kalupur. It was made by Sanghavi and Māņika Suśrāvaka, son of San. Asadhi and Amarāde for his own spiritual bliss. They were the resident of Asapalli. They belonged to Śrīmāla caste. and Șatima Gotra.
