The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
Paṭṭāvalī of Jñānasāgarasūri in V.S. 1555, Vaiśākha su.di. 3, Śani (i.e Sat., 13 April, 1499 A.D.). This icon was made by Helāka, son of Man. Sahade and Haraṣu of Śrīmāli caste and resident of Veḍā, along with Aktu, sons and grand son for their own bliss.
॥ सं. १५५५ वर्षे वैशा. शु. ३ शनौ श्री श्रीमालीय वेडावास्तव्य मं. सहदे भा. हरषू सु. मं. हेलाकेन भा. अक्तु सु. मं. घावरजावडनासण पौत्र कडुआ डग [गच्छे] प्र. कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री अजितबिंबं का प्रतिष्ठितं श्री वृद्धतपापक्षे श्री ज्ञानसागरसूरिपट्टे श्री उदयसागरसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Shitalanatha with parikar is presrved in Harikishan sheth's Pole in Mandavi's Pole. It was made by Nula, son of Sreṣthi Dharama and Camakū of Śrīmālī caste, along with his wife Maragadi, son Gala and his wife Sadi in V. S. 1555, Vaiśākha, su.di. 3 (i.e. Saturday, 13, April 1499 A.D.) for the bliss of the family.
॥ संवत् १५५५ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि ३ दिने श्री श्री श्रीमाली ज्ञातीय श्रेष्ठि धरमाभा. चमकू पुत्र नुला भा. मरगदि सुतेन गाला भा. सडी सहितेन स्वकुटुंब श्रेयसे श्री शीतलनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं आगमगच्छे श्रीसूरिभिः ॥ बारेजा ग्रामे ॥

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Kunthunatha with parikar is preserved in Kunthunatha Temple in Lakṣmīnarayana Pole. This icon was made by Do. Lībā and Rāmātī, along with their parents as well as their own bliss. They belonged to Srīmāla caste. This Bimba was installed by Śrī Dhanaprabhasūri in the paṭṭāvalī of Śrī Salibhadrasūri in V.S. 1555, Karttika, vadi. 2, Budhavara (i.e. Wed. 31 Oct., 1498 A. D. according to Amanta system of months.).
